چکیده

ABSTRACT Introduction: ACL injury of the knee joint is common in sports. Due to special characteristics strong physical confrontation and high speed, basketball has a risk injury. Objective: To investigate stability anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction on athletes. Methods: In south, medical research selected 3 cases unilateral injuries men's athletes with arthroscopic autogenous tendon revascularization. We started collecting recording data three players days after rehabilitation training, at various stages process Results: At end 10 weeks operation, pain disappeared, range motion increased significantly, muscle atrophy bilateral lower limbs diminished, improved, strength affected leg strengthened, goal was basically accomplished. Conclusions: Early training can effectively restore movement function patient's joint, improve efficiency shorten period, thus helping injured individual recover from return game rapidly. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment results.
